Cathy’s Specialties

Her preferrence for abundance of dietary fiber and protein (slightly vergetarian), plus her obvious love for sweets are the focus of her fabulous ways in kitchen cooking! Whether it’s prepararing her favorite Sinigang, her Tinola, Lumpia, or ginisa dish, Cathy always makes sure, there are lots of greens in the meal. After a course, there has to be sweets! Check her Ube Halaya, her Ginataang Munggo, Banana Cues, Maja Blanca and more!

Growing up in a small town in the Bicol region in the Philippines, Cathy was taught how it is to grow vegetables and breed natural farm animals at their backyard, which is a typical Filipino family tradition. She and her brother Warren even petted a little baby pig! Due to that, she learned to love organic raised foods, and that’s how she tries to prepare her own Filipino recipes.
