Ingredients: 2-3 servings

4-6 pieces of thinly sliced, lean pork
1 medium sliced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp. canola oil
salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Heat oil over to medium heat. Start with onion slices. Stir for a couple of minutes then added the pork strip.
  2. Apply garlic powder, salt and pepper then stir-fry pork strip by flipping meat from one side to the other.
