12 crab shells
2 cloves chopped garlic

2-3 chopped spring onions(scallions)
1-2 eggs depending of the size of the crabs you have
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 cup green peas(optional)

Cooking Procedure:
- Unless crabs are already cooked, boil them for about 15 minutes until cooked. For cooked crabs, let it boil around 10 minutes or less. Cool off crabs for the next step.
- Remove the shells and extra junks from the crab and make sure they’re clean well. Take all the meat from the shell and place on a medium bowl.
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp. flour, add salt, pepper, garlic, chopped onion, beaten eggs and green peas, if desired.
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Take a spoonful of the mix, or just enough to fill up each crab shell. Set aside and get them ready for frying.
- Heat enough oil on a wide skillet for the deep-frying process. Set the stove at a high temperature prior to immerging stuffed crabs into the hot oil.
- Drop each shell with the stuffed fillings facing up to avoid ingredients from spilling off from the shells. Whisk each crab fillings with hot oil while they are frying, until cooked.
- Serve these tasty Stuffed Crab Cakes as appetizers at a party, or with steamed rice for dinner. Yahlah!
Tip: You can make this crab meat recipe with or without pea pods. For Stuffed Crab Cakes without shells, it is best to bake them at 350F for at least 15 minutes. Take a portion of the mix and roll them on your palms to form ball shapes, then fry them like meatballs. Great crab cakes recipe for dinner!
