Whether it’s making Bulalo, Laing, Ginataang Alimasag, Pansit Bato, Pork Adobo, Crispy Pata, or other popular Filipino and Bicol dishes, Ludwig brings his own unique flair to his cooking and never fails to impress those who taste his creations. By sharing his recipes, he not only brings joy to others but also helps support his family.
“Born and raised in a small town of Sta. Ana, Ligao City, of Albay province, I’m the youngest and only boy of 3 siblings, grew up with loving parents and sisters, with whom I adore so much! I have always enjoyed cooking Filipino foods since my younger days. It was then when I learned selling them to loyal customers.
I’ve been blessed to have 5 children… my youngest child is 4 months old. Being away from my young daughter, Amber Nicole, was a tough pill for me to swallow. It is a real-life struggle most of us must face,to survive from an on-going, bad Philippine economy. But it is then when I met the love of my life, Alexandria Danica, while working as a Safety Officer for a Power System Engineering company in the Metro Manila. It is also with her, whom I live with to share the pride of our life, our 4 months old son, Travis John.” – Ludwig John
