Ingredients: 2-3 servings

3 fillet chicken
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 large potatoes
2 tbsp. lemon
2 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. herb butter
5 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp. butter(for mashed potatoes)
3-4 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 egg yolk
water

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven at 320F. Wash the chicken and put it in medium bowl. Rub it with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. On a baking sheet, place chicken on the middle rack of the oven and bake it for up to 45 minutes.
  3. Skin off and clean potatoes. Place them on water-filled pot and boil potatoes until cooked. Apply 1 egg yolk, milk, olive oil or butter, nutmeg and pepper and salt to taste. Use potato ricer to mix and mash the potatoes thoroughly.
  4. When done, remove Chicken fillet from the heat and set it aside for the Sautéed Mushrooms preparation.
  5. On a heated pan, sauté sliced mushrooms in olive oil and herb butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
