Ingredients: 2-3 servings

4 pieces, fresh Tilapia fillet
1 medium size, thinly sliced lemon
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp chopped pars
ley

1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper

Baking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Clean Tilapia fillet, pat them dry, place them on a greased or buttered baking sheet, apply or rub lemon juice on fillets evenly.
  2. Apply garlic powder, season with salt and pepper, then garnish with chopped parsley evenly. Pour melted butter on top of each Tilapia fish.
  3. Add the thinly sliced lemons, one slice on top of each. Place it on the middle rack of the heated oven. Let Lemon Baked Tilapia cook for 15-25 minutes. Tilapia will be slightly browned mostly on edges, or fork tender when done.
  4. Turn off oven heat, remove Lemon Baked Tilapia from oven. Serve it hot with steamed rice, or any vegetable side dish you desire.
