When it comes to cooking Pork Adobo, Filipinos have two main methods. The first involves cooking the pork in a flavorful sauce made with vinegar and spices, resulting in a dish that is both tangy and savory. The second method is to pan-fry the pork after marinating it in the adobo sauce. This produces a dish that is crispy on the outside, yet succulent and tender on the inside.
