1 tsp of garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
1 bundle of fresh Asparagus stalks

Homemade Alfredo sauce Ingredients:

1 cup of heavy cream
1 clove of garlic( crushed and chopped)
1 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Marinate 4 slices or more of fresh halibut fish with a half of one fresh squeezed lemon, a pinch of salt, ground pepper and garlic powder. Set it aside for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the root part or hardened tip of asparagus sticks. Peel away unnecessary outer skin, prior to steaming them for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.

  1. On a heated saucepan, melt butter at a low heat. Add the heavy cream, stir to combine, then leave it to simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped garlic, followed by freshly grated parmesan cheese. Quickly whisk mixture to properly incorporate, while still on low heat. Apply chopped parsley, mix again to combine.
  3. On a plate, Set the one piece of Cooked Halibut and a few stalks of the steamed asparagus. Pour about 4 tablespoon of homemade Alfredo sauce on top of each Halibut piece and on steamed asparagus, prior to serving.

Tip: Make sure not to overcook Halibut or they will turn hard in texture, which will lose its valuable flavor.
