2 lbs. of ground pork(giniling na baboy)
1/2 lb. of ground pork liver(giniling na atay)

2 large potatoes, cut in small cubes
3 large carrots, cut in small cubes
1 large green bell pepper, cut in medium size cubes
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 small thinly sliced onions
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
water

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Wash ground pork and liver in a strainer using a running water. Drain and set aside. Process all other ingredients accordingly.
