Ingredients: 4-6 servings

6 pieces boneless chicken breasts
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup green olives
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 can(6 0z) tomato sauce
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 chopped onions
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. of cooking oil

Preparations:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. First, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place a 1/2 of all-purpose flour on a shallow bowl. Roll each and every piece of chicken breast into the flour. Coat evenly.
  2. Organize flour coated, seasoned chicken breast on a 9x9in oven-safe casserole dish. Top chicken with dried apricots, green olives, dried oregano leaves, chopped garlic and onions. Add more salt and pepper to season, if desired.
  3. Cover skittle with a aluminum foil. Place it on the middle oven rack. Set the timer between 35-40 minutes until chicken and all other ingredients are cooked.
