Ingredients: 3-4 servings
4 medium, ripe avocados, cut in medium sized cubes
6-8 red & yellow, sliced grape tomatoes
2 stalks Romaine lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 cup boiled, sweet corn kernels
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
