1/4 cup chicharo(snow peas)
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1/2 cup sliced cauliflower
2 sliced carrots
1/2 cup asparagus
1 chopped onion
5 cloves minced garlic
1 cup water
1 chicken bullion
2 tbsp. corn flour dissolved in 4 tbsp. water
salt & pepper to taste
1 ginisa mix (optional)
oil for sautéing
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Cooking Procedure:
- Sauté garlic and onion on a heated oil. Add sliced carrots, red bell peppers and cauliflower. Sauté for a minute, then add all the green vegetables and chicken bullion.
- Thoroughly mix all vegetables, then add water. Let it cook for another minute or two, depending on how you like your veggies done.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add ginisa mix or sesame oil as optional. Dissolve cornstarch according to your desired thickness.
