Ingredients: 3-4 servings

1 pack soft tofu soup kit (pack includes a pack of small broth and soft tofu)
3 packets of tofu seafood flavored seasoning
3 packets of spicy oil seasoning
7 cups of water
12-16 pcs of shrimp cleaned
3 stalks green onions(scallions)
2 pcs of sliced carrots in medallions
1/4 of a whole cabbage, sliced

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Boil the water with broth pack from tofu kit and 3 packets of seafood seasoning. Stir the boiling water occasionally.
  2. Add all the vegetable ingredients, followed with shrimp, let it boil for and simmer for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp is cooked
