Meet Missy, the self-taught home cook who brings a touch of artistry to every dish she prepares. From her elegant Pavlova recipe to her Huckleberry Hearts, her pasta and salad recipes and those refreshing cold treats like frozen strawberry limeade, Missy’s culinary creations are a delight to the eyes and the taste buds.

Missy is meticulous in her approach to cooking. She believes that every dish should be made with care and attention to detail, and she refuses to take shortcuts or compromise on quality. Whether she’s whipping up a sweet dessert or a hearty meal, Missy always puts her heart and soul into every dish she prepares.

Her love for cooking and her innate artistic flair are evident in the finished product. Her pastries are beautiful works of art that are as delicious as they are visually appealing. She has a special talent for taking simple ingredients and transforming them into something extraordinary.

Despite her natural talent in the kitchen, Missy always looks to improve her skills and try new things, and constantly experimenting with new recipes, ingredients, and techniques, always seeking to create new and exciting dishes that her family and friends will enjoy!

Born and raised in Idaho, I’m an Idaho potato through and through. If money were no object, I would own a Filipino-American fusion food truck. I love Star Wars, Disneyland, adventuring and trying new foods, and my two bunnies, named Bill and Fleur.

When I’m not in the kitchen at home, I am a full-time graduate student, part-time barista, and a staff member on the music team at a church in the greater Salt Lake City area.

I enjoy traveling and trying foods from all over the world, and being immersed in different cultures. I love to cook and create my own twist on different foods in my spare time. One of my favorite things to do, is share my food creations with friends, from macaroni and cheese eggrolls to ube pavlova and turmeric lattes.” – Missy
